I'm a solo practitioner because it allows me to be flexible with my costs, which helps my clients. I strongly believe in being competent, communicating often with my clients, and wise case evaluation. I make sure to keep my clients in the loop every step of the way so we can work together towards the best possible resolution. I'm always ready to receive a call, text, or email and answer whatever questions may come from those I help.
When I take a case, I dedicate myself to developing and gathering evidence and being thorough in the discovery process so I can give my clients the best counsel possible and have a firm understanding of the situation. I carefully consider all reasonable options in each individual case, because every circumstance is different. Sometimes it is best to go to court and sometimes it is best to compromise and settle outside of a court room. I counsel with each client one on one to go through their options and decide what their best course of action is.
